Add a team member with their email — routing rules below assign leads to a department, and staff routing sends the email to whoever's listed here for that department.

Routing rules
Which caller intent goes to which department, and how hot a lead has to be before that team gets emailed. Cold leads still show up in Team Inbox — they just don't trigger an email unless you set the threshold to Cold.
